1. What Cobrix is

Cobrix is a subscription service for payment reminders and tracking what customers owe, offered by Grupo Barbosa (Cobrix), CNPJ 69.086.575/0001-75. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

2. Plans, prices, free trial and cancellation

There are Business and Personal plans, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown before tax; any sales tax that applies is added at checkout.

Payment is handled by Hotmart, which charges you, issues the receipt and passes the payment to us. You can cancel at any time from your Hotmart account or by emailing contato@cobrix.site; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow Hotmart's policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Accurate information

The information you give must be true and must be yours. If you sign up someone else, you need their permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the form to submit other people's information without permission, to send spam or for anything unlawful.

5. What Cobrix is

Cobrix is software that businesses use to send reminders about their own invoices. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not replace your invoicing or accounting software.

6. Intellectual property

The Cobrix name, logo and content belong to Cobrix and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer or privacy laws of your U.S. state.
